First class mail: 3-7 day delivery These orders are typically processed and shipped the same day if ordered by 3PM EST or the next business day if ordered on the weekend. Please note this is not a guarantee and does not account for peak processing times like holiday seasons or big sales.

Priority mail: 1-3 day delivery These orders are typically processed and shipped the same day if ordered by 3PM EST or the next business day if ordered on the weekend. Please note this is not a guarantee and does not account for peak processing times like holiday seasons or big sales.

Express mail: 1 day delivery Express mail orders are guaranteed to ship the same day if ordered by 3PM EST and will arrive in 1 day.

Please note that some packages may require a signature and may not be released if no one is present at the time of delivery. We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by signature requirements or adverse weather conditions. Delivery dates for Standard shipping are estimates only. Overnight shipping methods are guaranteed to arrive by the quoted dates. Actual shipping rates and expected delivery dates are estimated in the cart and finalized when your order is placed.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Orders shipping to APO’s, and US Territories may experience delays. Other carrier options are available, and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of MALONZE gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.
MALONZE issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order: Is canceled by MALONZE One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect MALONZE will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account. If you used a gift card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your gift card immediately.
